The Network shall hold weekly breakfast meetings from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. on Thursdays
at the location stated above, in Stockton. Members are required
to pay for their own breakfast. Members are encouraged to bring guests; if a
member invites a guest, they shall pay for two (2) guest’s breakfast. The
Club will then reimburse the member for those guest’s breakfasts. The member
shall submit both receipts with the guest’s name to the treasurer of the Club for payment. If the guest joins the group,
the inviting member will have their own breakfast reimbursed by the network at the next meeting.
Members are required to attend at least
nine breakfast meetings each quarter. For any unexcused absence the Club will charge the member a $1.00 fine. To have the
meeting excused the member is
required to let any of the other members, preferably one of the Board members know the reason for the absence prior to or
the day of the meeting.
The Member at Large – Membership Chair shall notify the Secretary if any member
fails to attend four or more meetings in a quarter. In such event, he Secretary
shall send such member a written notice of failure to comply with the meeting requirements.
If two such notices are sent to any member, the Secretary shall promptly notify the Board, who may, by majority vote,
revoke such member’s membership.
